In the recipe, we may add only a small amount of grape seed flour to maintain the stability of the pasta, as our grape seed flour is naturally gluten-free. However, this small amount of grape seed flour is enough to make our pasta something very special: a dark spaghetti with a hearty, grainy taste and lots of bite!
