Through gentle cold pressing of the grape seeds we obtain our organic grape seed oil. We grind the press cake into our nutritionally valuable organic grape seed flour. Due to the above-average fiber content of 62.4 g / 100 g, it is wonderfully suitable for a high-fiber diet.
