Baguette is a French bread characterized by its long, slender shape and crispy crust. It is traditionally made from simple ingredients such as flour, water, yeast and salt and is an important part of French cuisine.
What makes our grape seed baguette so special is its taste. We have replaced a small portion of the wheat flour with our Vitis grape seed flour. This way, the baguette retains its soft, airy crumb and crispy crust. In addition, it gets a fine and hearty, slightly nutty flavor.
The most important thing in baguette preparation is the folding technique of the dough during "rising". To make your baguette extra fluffy, we have described this folding technique exactly on the reverse side. So your grape seed baguette is guaranteed to succeed.
Grapeseed flour has a very strong flavor and can overpower the flavor of other ingredients in a recipe. For this reason, use it sparingly and mix it with other flours to balance out the flavor. Therefore, to maintain the typical characteristics of a French baguette, we used only a very small amount of grapeseed flour. In this way we have created a very special baguette baking mix.
