How to make your favorite dressing with our Vitis salad specialties:
For any vinegar & oil dressing, classically called vinaigrette, you need a good cold-pressed oil and a fine vinegar. First, put the oil in a bowl and whisk it while adding the vinegar. The ratio of oil to vinegar should be 2:1, so 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. If you don't want to whip the vinaigrette, you can also put the ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously! Then simply pour over the salad and enjoy!
