Payment

With us you can pay with the following means:

- Purchase on account (via Klarna)

- via PayPal Express

- by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)

- via Apple Pay

- via Google Pay

- by instant bank transfer (via Klarna)

- against prepayment by bank transfer

After 15 days without receipt of payment, your order will be automatically canceled to release the reserved goods.

Further information:

(1) The prices listed in the online store are final prices including VAT plus applicable shipping costs. During the ordering process, you will receive an overview of the total price of your order before you submit it.

(2) The payment method stored in the user account can be changed at any time.

(3) The payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the due date of the payment is determined by the calendar, you are already in default by missing the deadline. In this case, interest on arrears in the amount of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate will be due to Vitis.

(4) The obligation to pay default interest does not exclude the assertion of further default damages by Vitis.

(5) If the payment method "purchase on account with Klarna" was selected, the purchase amount must be transferred to Klarna. The required information will be provided by Klarna in a separate e-mail. This e-mail will be sent after the purchase to the e-mail address you provided. If you have not received this e-mail directly, please check your spam folder.

(6) If the payment method "Prepayment" is selected, the acceptance of the purchase contract by Vitis is subject to the resolutory condition that is paid in full by bank transferwithin seven banking days to Vitis. You transfer the invoice amount, stating the order number, to the following account:

(7) If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

We will ship your order as soon as the amount has been credited to our account.
