Depending on your request, we will exchange the goods and/or refund the purchase price. Already opened goods are generally excluded from exchange. The purchase or remaining amount will be refunded within 14 days by bank transfer.

Transport damages
In case of transport damage, we will of course immediately provide a replacement. Please check the shipment immediately for completeness and integrity and have any damage noted directly upon receipt by the transport service provider. If it should happen that your package is so clearly damaged when it is handed over by the parcel carrier that damage to the goods can be assumed, then please refuse acceptance and have the package returned to us. Please inform us about this.
