Delivery time

(1) Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany will be made within 1 - 2 business days, for international deliveries within 3 - 10 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).

(2) Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

(3) If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Tracking

You can track your order online yourself. In our e-mail with the specified tracking ID, which you will receive from us during the shipping day, you can find out the status of the shipment online with DPD or DHL. Unfortunately, this does not apply to parcels weighing less than 2 kg that are shipped via DHL.
With your individual DPD tracking number (tracking ID), you can check the status of your shipment at www.dpd.de "Shipment tracking".
