Cheesecake with grape seed flour

This delicious cheesecake with Vitis grape seed flour is an absolute dream. Quick to prepare and incredibly delicious. A treat not only for cheesecake fans.

Baking temperature and preparation time

Circulating air: approx. 70 minutes at 160 °C
Top and bottom heat: approx. 70 minutes at 180 °C

Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes + bakingtime

Ingredients (for 1 springform pan 28 cm, approx. 16 pieces)

- 50 g wholemeal flour
- 50 g wheat flour
- 50 g Grape seed flour
- 230 g raw cane sugar
- 160 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 dash of water or milk
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 300 g cream cheese light
- 1 sachet vanilla pudding powder
- a few drops of vanilla flavoring


1) Beat 1 egg and 80 g raw cane sugar. Stir in 60 g butter.

2) Mix all three types of flour in a small bowl. Mix in the baking powder as well.

3) Now add the flour by the spoonful to the egg-sugar mixture and mix. If the dough is a bit firm, add a dash of water or milk.

4) Grease the springform pan and spread the dough on it.

5) For the filling, beat 150 g raw cane sugar, 4 eggs and 100 g butter until fluffy.

6) Add the low-fat quark, cream cheese, vanilla pudding powder and vanilla flavoring and mix until evenly combined.

7) Pour the quark mixture onto the pastry base and bake in a preheated oven for about 70 minutes. If the cake gets a little dark on top, cover it with aluminum foil before the end of the baking time.
